Technology Connection

On June 18, 2010, the Knoxville-Oak Ridge Innovation Valley hosted the first Technology Resource Showcase at Y-12's New Hope Center. The showcase allowed local companies to tap into technologies and expertise at Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, University of Tennessee and other resources. Companies had the opportunity to see ready to license technologies, meet with inventors, and make contacts who assist in turning technologies, research and ideas into profits.
